About The Position

REE is revolutionizing e-Mobility from the ground-up. Our disruptive REE-corners and fully flat, ultra-modular EV platforms are set to become the standard for zero emission vehicles. Providing complete design freedom to build mission specific EVs, EVs ‘Powered by REE’ will provide maximum room for passengers, cargo and batteries with the smallest footprint and help reduce carbon emissions for a greener world. 


We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager - Platform to support REE’s rapid growth. 



  • As Technical Project Manager you will be fully responsible for your own project, reporting to the Chief Engineer and Interfacing with all Engineering functions and with Program and Product teams. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to: 
  • Technical coordination of all project elements for an automotive/transportation/mobility major project, focused especially on Chassis platform/Rolling Chassis, BIW, CAE & Crash analysis 
  • Coordinate the engineering process to get to prototype vehicles on the road and then to homologation and engineering sign-off 
  • React promptly and effectively to changing internal and external stakeholder requirements 
  • Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions  
  • Produce deliverables on-time to stakeholder's requirements, apply specific technical skills as required to support internal and external stakeholders 
  • Manage and coordinate every aspect of a project daily, in order to deliver on time and on budget 
  • Effectively analyse customer and internal changes, including feasibility studies 
  • Track issues and changes and participate in change management process 
  • Manage and coordinate CAE analysis for the assigned Project 
  • Participate in DVP, DFM, V&V, Quality history reviews, robustness studies discussions 
  • Assist with design verification and Engineering sign-off process 
  • Undertake special projects as required  
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities  
  • Write reports and present progress at technical reviews and technical meetings 
  • Analyse benchmarking studies to determine best practices/ future trends  
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems  




  • Degree in Engineering is preferable 
  • Experience as TPM in multiple or one of the following fields: Vehicle Engineering, Vehicle Architecture, Chassis, BIW, CAE & Crash analysis, Vehicle platform/Rolling Chassis 
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience, 2+ years as TPM or PM 
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills 
  • Experience with one or more feature-based modelling 3D CAD systems 
  • Effective communicator and great influencer 
  • Good leadership and decision-making skills 
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes 
  • Capable of owning tasks and projects with no supervision 
  • Capable of confidently leading meetings 
  • A cross functional mind-set, capable of working cross-functionally across different functions 
  • Flexibility to take on other tasks as required 
  • Managing workload in a fast-paced environment with potential for changing priorities 
  • Independently determined approach for assigned tasks/Projects
