About The Position

REE is revolutionizing e-Mobility from the ground-up. Our disruptive REE-corners and fully flat, ultra-modular EV platforms are set to become the standard for electric vehicles. Providing complete design freedom to build mission specific EVs, EVs ‘Powered by REE’ will provide maximum room for passengers, cargo and batteries with the smallest footprint and help reduce carbon emissions for a greener world.

We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support REE’s rapid growth and join the ever-expanding Global Marketing team. The role requires experience working as an Agency Traffic / Studio Manager and planning all Marketing briefs from the Global Marketing and Product Management teams, including Internal and Stakeholder Communications. Together with the Marketing Creative Director, you will assist in developing Timing Plans, Planning and managing creative resources and outsourced suppliers across both on- and offline communications and branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage briefs and communications between relevant Global Marketing teams, be the Gatekeeper to the In-house Studio.
  • Review all briefs from the Global Marketing Team and ensure all information necessary to develop and/or produce the work has been provided.
  • Develop a Timing Plan based upon in-house and external resources, including freelancers, film production, photographers, 3D designers, illustrators, copywriters, web designers, casting agencies, photo libraries, film libraries, event management and the likes.
  • Ensure briefs and timing plans are signed off by the relevant people before providing them to resources required.
  • Set up briefings with all stakeholders required and ensure all information required is supplied accordingly, including internal reviews, proofing and presentations.
  • Develop system for ensuring all de-briefs and revisions are tracked accordingly and final sign off/approvals are done timeously to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the tasks/projects from start to finish, ensure that all Finished Art requirements are met for both on- and offline.
  • Manage Photo-Retouches and Finished Artists to ensure we deliver artwork to the specifications supplied by Print Production, Media and Digital Content, Exhibition and Display requirements.
  • The ability to assist with tracking and managing Brand Activity Calendars, Media and Digital Content Schedules.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing team to ensure projects are booked in early enough to deliver on time, quality and budget.
  • Working with all departmental team managers to understand the scope of work and planning requirements
  • Supporting your line manager to deliver best practice marketing communications, both on- and offline, internal and stakeholder communications, and branding requirements
  • Managing a busy and ever-changing schedule on a day-to-day basis
  • A thorough understanding of resources and requirements for production, both print and digital.
  • Manage daily pit stops for the Studio and weekly and/or bi-weekly Status Meetings on all Live Briefs.
  • Forecasting and month end reconciliation of outsourced suppliers, production costs and the likes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • ·      Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
  • ·      5 plus years’ experience in a similar role
  • ·      Experience working on automotive brands (OEM or Supplier base)
  • ·      Experience within an in-house agency, advertising and/or digital agency
  • ·      Be familiar with scheduling applications incl. Monday.com
  • ·      Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly without guidance.
  • ·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ·      Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • ·      High attention to detail
  • ·      Willingness to work hard to meet demanding deadlines.
  • ·      UK Citizenship
  • ·      Vehicle and Driving Licence
