Headquartered in Israel and with subsidiaries in the US and Germany, we work with leading automotive players worldwide and technology companies to ensure the development, engineering and manufacturing.

 

We are looking for an experienced Global Director of HR to lead all our global human resources operations and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.

The exceptional HR director should improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, and promote the organization's values.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs, onboarding processes and internal communication.
  • Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Handling employee benefits.
  • Designing and directing training programs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven work experience in a similar role at a startup
  • Having worked in an international fast-pace environment
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • English- mother tongue level
  • Strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
