Junior IT Project Manager
About The Position
REE Automotive is changing electric mobility and aims at becoming the standard for EVs. REE is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to support REE’s rapid growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Initially operate as a junior project manager in the delivery of REE’s new ERP solution reporting to the ERP project manager
- Provide day to day support in creating and managing key project artifacts such as:
- Risks and issues log
- Decisions, assumptions and dependencies logs
- Change requests
- Project plans
- Meeting documentation
- Organise, run and facilitate project meetings and workshops
- Support the wider project team in the areas of process and change management and in the testing of the solution
- Support the delivery team, change team and end users before and during go-live
- Provide other general support as required
Requirements
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 or similar ERP solutions is desirable
- University degree or relevant experience in an industrial or automotive environment is desirable
- Experience of project management and the use of best practice project management methods to support the responsibilities of the role
- Experience of both waterfall and agile delivery methods desirable
- Strong verbal and written communications and a proven ability to organise project teams
- Confidence to communicate with management and a wide range of stakeholders globally.
- The ability and flexibility to work in a challenging and fast paced start-up environment
- Good organisational and time-management skills with a flexible approach to working
- Experience of working with different cultures, languages & backgrounds an advantage
