REE is seeking a Project Engineer - Driveline EE to support REE’s rapid growth. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Project management and delivery of Power Electronics and Electric Motor within Driveline on time to agreed standards
  • Manage the progress of supplier & vehicle validation and Engineering Sign-Off on time
  • Single point of contact for vehicle commissioning / calibration/ debugging activities for EDU and identify risks and ensure mitigation measures are put in place
  • Support implementation of FMEA/ FuSa/ Cybersecurity and Quality Assurance activities (such as: APQP & PPAP)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external suppliers, functional safety consultants and control & calibration engineers, to develop solutions and achieve the project requirements

Requirements

 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automotive Engineering or relevant
  • 2+ years automotive professional experience in Project Management or Product Delivery for EE components
  • Experienced in microcontroller-based Inverter projects automotive qualified
  • Experienced in data acquisition and analysis with Vector CANalyzer/CANape or equivalent
  • Experienced in ISO 26262 functional safety concept and software development

  • UK Citizenship or equivalent without restrictions (sadly REE cannot offer sponsorship)
  • Role located at REE's UK Engineering Centre located in Coventry (CV3 4FX)
