EXECUTION Approach
Integration Centers
At the core of REE’s CapEx-light philosophy is the highly-automated integration center manufacturing approach. This novel cloud-based robotic manufacturing approach creates efficiency, savings, and scale flexibility.
Our first integration center in Coventry, UK, is our launch factory and blueprint for all future integration centers, and is expected to have a capacity of 10,000 vehicle sets by the end of 2022
Our upcoming Austin, Texas, integration center will replicate scalable robotic assembly operations.

Advantages of Cloud-Based Robotic Assembly
This approach will allow us to remain a comparatively asset-light enterprise and reduce the overall carbon footprint of our global operations.
Component assembly at integration centers without complex manufacturing
Assembly cells and production lines can be efficiently lifted and installed at future integration centers as required as we apply one global standard using the plug-and-play format.
No faults forward approach with integrated QC mechanism throughout.
REE works with top supplier partners including Rockwell Automation’s Plex Manufacturing Platform on the assembly line, and line-side controls. The Plex cloud-based solutions give us the ability to have complete visibility into all production operations and enable us to scale manufacturing locally and across global integration centers which are linked to our control room center where we can achieve an overarching view from a build perspective along with full traceability for our REE solutions.
Manage operations seamlessly from the order through delivery.
Partners
REE’s philosophy is to partner with top automotive companies to be able and leverage our disruptive technology and maximize our offering
Join our network, we are always looking for new supplier partners!
Ecosystem
REE’s execution strategy allows us to offer our customer products that are superior, cost effective, and can be manufactured at scale. As the manufacturer of record, we can design and build our own EVs for direct sale to fleet customers as well as through partnerships with upfitters for vehicle bodies. Through the comprehensive ecosystem we have developed, we can provide charging infrastructure, service and smart maintenance, fleet optimization and financing. We understand the unique challenges facing fleets’ transition to electric and have the ecosystem in place to facilitate these critical elements of procuring and maintaining an electric fleet.
