We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
· Ensuring that all our office needs are taken care of
· Being the primary contact person for the company
· Ongoing administrative assistance
· Calendar management and organizing meetings
· Employee engagement – continuously ensure we are doing the most for our employees and creating the best employee office-related experience
· Work with external entities such as accounting, legal, suppliers etc.
· Working and communicating with suppliers, service providers and manage relationships to ensure smooth procedures
· Lead administrative projects as needed

· +5 years’ Experienced in a similar role from a global company
· Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Service-oriented with a can-do and pro-active approach
· Able to work autonomously
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
